Feeling ok. Actually feel like I am in a training plan. That feeling is GREAT! Slow, and not much, but it is something. Progressing to runs every other day now. Light biking every off day. Swimming when I can.
Sun: off, PT drills
Mon: 30 min swim w/ pull buoy (PB), 25 min bike with 3x2min hard
Tue: 30 min swim w/ PB, PT drills
Wed: 30 min swim w/ PB, 30 min walk w/ 3x2min runs
Thu: 30 min walk, PT drills [ missed alarm, no swim ;-( ]
Fri: 30 min walk w/ 3x3min runs, PT session
Sat: 30 min walk w/ DD
