Things are holding steady. I almost broke a sweat on a run this week. Passed 50 miles swimming since I started at the end of June.
Sun: off, PT drills
Mon: 30 min swim, 30 min walk w/ three 4 min runs
Tue: 30 min swim, 20 min stationary bike, PT drills
Wed: 30 min swim, 30 min walk w/ three 4 min runs
Thu: 30 min swim, 20 min stationary bike, PT drills
Fri: pool closed, 30 min walk w/ three 4 min runs with DD
Sat: hike with Jay, Beth , Eileen, MaryCate, Rob, DD and the boys, PT drills
