ReplyDeleteYou had a great run on Saturday and it was hot on the bottom. Now, you just have to string some of those together. I'd trade one of my "sick" times for a 1:16 now. I do have confidence that I'll be back....now I just have to get into the darn race.
Petey
1.7 in 29...is that good?
ReplyDelete1.7 miles in 29:00+, yes, that is good if you are going up Mt. Stark!
