17 miles this week. Some typical aches and pains but I'll take it. Last 5 weeks: 5, 10, 13, 14, 17 miles.
Sun: 25 min run
Mon: 60 min walk
Tue: 30 min run
Wed: 22 min run
Thu: 30 min run
Fri: 30 min run
Sat: 23 min run
There is always hope.
