I was disappointed how the hammy felt after this week's aqua jogging on Sunday the 15th. Two days in a row may have been too much. I did not not do any more water runs until the 21st and felt ok after that. I have been faithful to my PT stuff even though I have had no formal PT sessions since I was on vacation all week.
Sun: 40 min walk, 45 min AJ
Mon: 20 min swim with pull buoy, 10 min swim
Tue: 30 min swim
Wed: 30 min swim
Thu: 30 min swim
Fri: off
Sat: 40 min AJ
