Steady as she goes. PT exercises each day for strengthening left leg. Getting there. I did my first two aqua-jogs this week, easy effort. L hammy was sore afterwards but ok. Hoping to do more as the weeks go by but the water will start to get colder soon! Starting to wean myself off the pull buoy, I'll see how ab muscle reacts.
Sun: hike up and down Nashoba Valley Ski Area with boys
Mon: 30 min swim with pull buoy (PB), 10 min bike as warmup for leg exercises
Tue: 30 min swim w/ PB, 5 mins bike and 5 min elliptical as warmup for PT
Wed: 30 min swim w/ PB, 20 min AJ, 5 min bike as warmup for leg excercises
Thu: 10 min swim w/ PB, 20 min swim
Fri: 10 min swim w/ PB, 20 min swim
Sat: 30 min AJ, hike up Marion Davis trail at Pack Monadnock, descended via road
