Week ending Feb 19, 2011

Hammy is still iffy after last week. I took it easy Mon-Weds, shorter runs but did so for 3 straight days to help promote blood flow. Friday night, after an AM run, my hammy was so sore that I called DD to cancel Sat AM run. He did not get message and showed up Sat AM. The slow 27 min run was not as bad as I had thought it would be.

Shoulder is definitely better, not perfect, but better. May try to swim in March.
