Mon: 30 min swim with pull buoy (PB), 20 min stationary bike (3 x 2 min hard)
Tues: 30 min swim w/ PB, PT drills
Weds: 30 min swim w/ PB, PT, 25 min walk with three 1 min runs
Thurs: 30 min swim w/ PB, massage, PT drills
Fri: 20 min stationary bike (3 x 2 min hard)
Sat: 30 min walk with DD, PT drills
