A promising start finished with a slight setback. Perhaps a "long" run should be followed by some light days. This time it was the same tendon/hamstring difficulties behind and above knee, except this time it was my "good" hamstring. Dealing with it after 2 days off. Not perfect but hopefully I do not have to miss any more time.

Mon: 45 min run
Tue: 55 min run
Wed: 40 min run
Thu: off
Fri: off
Sat: 20 min run
1 month to go until the MTN!!
